Possibly the most famous address in the UK, and home to the Prime Minister of Great Britain. Famously 10 Downing Street is also home to a long lineage of resident cats, including “Munich Mouser”, who served under Neville Chamberlain and Winston Churchill. The current occupant – who has the official title of “Chief Mouser” – is called Larry, and can often be seen prowling threateningly among members of the press gathered outside. Remember that it is not actually possible to walk up to the entrance of 10 Downing Street as it is restricted by a metal fence. This site is very close to Horseguards and the Churchill’s War Rooms, so definitely worth combining when you go to see Number 10.
