Lovely Booze
Even by shopping mall standards, the Westgate is pretty darn big! In fact, it’s the biggest shopping mall in the whole darn city. It was refurbished in 2017 and so is still sparkling new, and wandering around one can enjoy an array of clothes shops, jewelry stores and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is particularly special, featuring views over the city’s famous dreaming spires popularised by Matthew Arnold’s career defining poem. We recommend buying a couple of cocktails in the Alchemist, having a wood fired pizza at Pizza Pilgrims and then heading to the mall’s very own cinema to watch a film! The perfect way to wile away an evening!
