The House of the Trembling Madness
The House of The Trembling Madness is a quirky pub, named from the Latin term ‘Delirium Tremens’, which arises from alcohol withdrawal. It was once the site of a medieval drinking Hall and is built out of the timber frames of an old ship. Their are a variety of bizarre animal heads hung on the wall including a kangaroo, a badger and a stoat. Its well-known for its local ales and ciders and delicious pies.
