Ultimate Guide to The Pump Rooms
The Pump Rooms is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. To help you with your trip, we’ve put together the ultimate guide to the Pump Rooms! Enjoy.
The Pump Rooms date right back to the 18th Century and something of the splendor of this period is reflected in the stunning architecture. It is perhaps the most famous of several spa baths opened in Bath around this period, and people would travel from far and wide to take a plunge in the building’s healing waters. The building now houses Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum, a public library, a Tourist Information Centre, cafe and assembly rooms . We recommend spending a few hours wandering around the complex, before enjoying some afternoon tea in the cafe.
