The Garden has plenty to offer for the whole family, including a garden shop and cafe, a grass maze, and a school’s garden which aims to teach the younger generation about horticulture. Additionally there are many different areas of the Garden to wander:
The botanic gardens are a 15 minute walk from the city centre or a short bus ride. Prices are £6 for adults and free for children. Most of the garden is wheelchair accessible and there are also accessible toilets. It’s advised that groups book in advance and you can even book a free guided tour! A very tranquil way to spend the afternoon!
