We only have one question: who was Jack the Ripper? Join us as we investigate the identity of history’s most elusive serial killer…
Along the way we’ll explore the old streets of Victorian London, look for any clues which could help solve the case, visit the murder sites and re-construct Ripper’s route as he stalked his victims.
Throughout the tour the guide will build an extensive picture of possible suspects and provide facts about the extraordinary lives of Ripper’s 5 victims; Mary-Anne Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly.
The tour will teach you how to become expert Ripperologists in your own right, and hopefully help us solve one of history’s most intriguing murder-mysteries. Be prepared for frights, gore and a ripper of a tour!
Does the tour still run in the rain? Of Course! In any weather! Look Out For The Green Umbrella!
It’s FREE! We believe that you, the customer, should tell us how much our tour is worth. For this reason, our tour is entirely funded by tips. If you want to leave us a tip, you’re very welcome to do so. If not, it was nice to meet you! We also operate FREE Oxford walking tours, FREE Cambridge walking tours, FREE Bath walking tours, and FREE York walking tours; so you are in safe hands!
We find this system keeps us on our toes, so that we’re constantly working to give you the very best of London walking tours.
Where does the tour end: By the Ten Bells ‘Ripper’ Pub. Nearest stations are Liverpool St Station (Central, Circle, Hammersmith&City Lines) and Aldgate East (District and Hammersmith&City Lines)
