Top of our list of the best things to do in Jericho is an Oxford institution. Raoul’s is hands down the best cocktail bar in Oxford. Featuring a wide range of classic and modern cocktails in a gorgeous, dimly lit letting, a night at Raoul’s is a real treat. The bar staff are extremely knowledgeable and will make you a drink based on things that you like!

Times restaurant critic Giles Coren called this unassuming restaurant “the best authentic Chinese/Malaysian restaurant in the country. One meal at Zheng is enough to understand why – a menu full of delicious, interesting dishes at affordable prices. Perfect!

Hidden down a side street in Jericho, one could easily pass by the Rickety Press without ever knowing that it was there. But find your way in through the antique doors and you’re in for a real treat – a bustling little pub filled with Oxford academics and students. The best thing about the Rickety press is their pizza and burger nights, in which you can get amazing quality food for just £5! Amazing, definitely one of the best things to do in Jericho!

Next on our list of the best things to do in Jericho is a wonderful little cheese shop. Walking past from the outside, the windows of the Jericho Cheese shop are piled high with exciting and rare cheeses. They specialise in English cheese, and deliver and excellent friendly service, in which a master cheesemonger will talk you through the various product and even let you try the cheeses you might like! We recommend the triple cream cheeses for a decadent treat.
Rounding out our list of the best things to do in Jericho is the delightful Port Meadow. The flat fields and wide rivers of the meadow, punctuated by grazing cattle and meandering geese, are like something from a medieval painting. In the summer, Port Meadow is the perfect place to come for a picnic and a wild swim. Lovely stuff.
