We are highly experienced in providing group visits for educational and commercial groups to Oxford. With our uniquely authentic, fun and engaging University tour guides we can tailor experience exactly to what you require. With the scale to show over 1,000 + people per day, we can help you plan your experience in a way that maximizes the time of your groups in Oxford no matter the number, age or nationalities.
Not only do we maintain the same fantastic standard across all our tours, we can specialise your tour on request. Studying architecture? We’ll include detailed information about the splendid buildings that we cover throughout the tour. We find that many young people particularly enjoy the fun, engaging style that we use to present our tour. Our guides are all well-versed in Oxford’s history, but they are also interesting, energetic local professionals who want to get visitors truly interested in Britain. It’s not all dates and statistics! Our student group tours of Oxford take in the stranger, quirkier aspects of Oxford’s history that make the city so unique.

We provide an adaptable service that can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your group. We can vary start and end times, meeting and ending points, tour content, language, and more. For any specific requirements please feel free to email us.
The booking is made for the guide, if you wish to enter any attraction on the tour, these need to be paid on the day. With 38 Colleges, numerous faculty and University buildings there is a huge amount to try and cover in a tour. Over 90% of our tours do not schedule to go inside an attraction (for budgeting or time constraints), and we genuinely feel this allows a more comprehensive overview of the University for groups, while ensuring our guides can ensure the tour is packed full of fun and engaging topics for the group, from start to finish.
If you would like to go inside an attraction, these attractions typically charge an entrance fee and cap the number of people in the group, for one guide. We recommend Trinity College (18 people per guide allowed) and if you want to visit a Harry Potter site, we recommend Divinity School (20 people per guide) or New College (18 people per group). It is recommended you contact the attractions directly, to pre book if you group is large enough to require multiple guides. After completing the booking, just email us and let us know – otherwise anything that is suitable for your group’s size and is open to the public on the day, can just be resolved on the day – and this flexible approach is the best in our experience.
Please note, during COVID-19 Pandemic and the social restrictions that were enforced, the College has been closed to visitors. It is best to plan for them to be closed, but on the day, you can ask the guide to let you know if there are any options.
Are your students learning English? We’ll ensure that every group member understands the tour, providing the tour at a suitable speaking and allowing the group to learn as they go. If desired, we can even provide bilingual tour guides in a variety of languages to help students along.
