With so much to see in Oxford, taking a journey on an open-top bus can be a great way to get your bearings on your surroundings, whilst enjoying some of the city’s most famous landmarks without having to leave your seat. The full tour takes around 75 minutes, with buses arriving to twenty bus stops dotted all around the city every 15 minutes.
You can purchase tickets from a number of outlets in the city, including The Information Centre at 5 Broad St; alternatively, you can purchase tickets from the bus driver , Once onboard, enjoy the audio-tour of the city included in your ticket fee; if anything sounds particularly interesting, feel free to ‘Hop-off’ and take a look!
There are a number of different ticket options, and you can pay an optional £2 surcharge on any ticket for an Unlimited City Day Pass; this will give you unlimited access to Oxford Bus Company services running an and around Oxford over a 24 hour period.
